  Courier arrangement: The courier service is scheduled to pick up the product either on the same day as the WhatsApp notification or the following day (Exclude Sunday)

  Delivery Timeframe: The actual delivery of the product to the customer’s address takes between 2 to 3 days. Please request a tracking code from us if you need to track it.

  Please keep in mind that the working days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp (9358 0523). We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

  For specific products designated as group orders or pre-orders, please anticipate a processing period at least 15 working days from design to delivery to your doorstep.

  Please note that once an order is placed for our handmade, customized, and personalized products, it cannot be canceled or refunded. As our products are tailored to your unique requirements and cannot be resold or reused, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a clear defect or error on our part.

  If you encounter any issues with your customized products due to a mistake or defect on our end, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the problem by offering solutions such as a reprint, replacement, or store credit. In such cases, please provide us with your name, order details, and supporting photographs illustrating the issue within 12 hours of receiving the items.

  We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please notify us within 8 hours of making the payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide a refund in such cases. However, if we have notified you via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or other means that your products have already started production, a non-refundable request will apply even within the 8-hour payment period.

  Once the 8-hour window has passed, cancellations are no longer possible as we immediately begin the process of customizing and creating your order. We allocate our time and resources to ensure each product is meticulously crafted according to your specifications.

  For any errors made during the ordering process, such as slight inaccuracies in sizing or design mistakes, we cannot offer refunds or reprints. We strongly encourage you to review all details and specifications carefully before placing your order.
