Confirmation and Responsibility

Once we have confirmed the design through WhatsApp and received your order confirmation, we regret that we won’t be able to assume responsibility for subsequent errors. Due to the nature of handmade and machine-printed items, the size and color of each design might differ slightly from what you confirmed. We cannot ensure an exact 100% match. If you are seeking absolute perfection, we deeply apologize and urge you to consider your decision to place an order carefully. We’re concerned that our products might not meet the expectation of absolute perfection and consistency, which could lead to disappointment.

Product Customisation / Personalisation

We offer personalization for our handmade products, like kids’ school items, custom name labels, and water bottles, tote bag, party gift bags and etc with customized names.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and correct personalisation details during the ordering process.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, so please review your information carefully before finalising your order.
We reserve the right to reject any custom requests that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in displays and printers. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Ownership Claims

We would also like to clarify that we do not assert ownership of any characters, logos, graphics, or fonts used in our products.

The characters, logos, graphics, or fonts we employ are sourced from freepik.com or other platforms, exclusively for the purpose of personalizing the item you’ve purchased.

Please take note that your purchase covers payment for printing fees and materials, as well as our time and effort for creating mockups and making minor edits to existing designs. However, this does not include the cost of licensed or subscribed products from any platform we utilize.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our online shop are in the designated currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process.

Exchange of Products and Modifications

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you confirm your order details and subsequently discover an error in the product during our production or after completion, and wish to request a replacement of the customized product, you will need to pay a $5 shipping fee (if already received) along with the original price of the product.

If the error is due to our oversight, we will consider a refund (the specific amount and timing will be determined based on the situation) and arrange for the return shipping of the product. If you only require modifications to the product without returning it, the cost will include 50% of the product price and a $5 shipping fee.

Shipping Fees and Promotional Discounts

A delivery fee of $5 applies to orders under $40, and meet-up or self-collection options also incur a $5 charge for orders below $40.

For urgent orders, additional courier and delivery fees apply, although this is waived for orders exceeding $40. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.

Please note that our promotional discount coupons do not apply to every product. Different products might have distinct discount activities.

Regarding special packaging requirements, any associated costs will be borne by the ordering party.

Order Processing Time

We kindly ask for your patience as our designers will provide design or mockup confirmation within 1-3 working days. The production process takes 5-7 working days.

Once the product is ready, it will be delivered by the shipping company. Typically, the shipping company requires 2-4 days to deliver the product to your address.

Please keep in mind that the working days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. For urgent orders, please contact us via Whatsapp. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

For certain products categorized as group orders or pre-orders, the delivery time will be notified separately; typically, delivery will be made within 10-15 working days.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure the highest quality in our handmade products. However, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection or consistency in every item due to their handmade nature. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variations and understand that slight deviations from photographs or descriptions may occur.
