This warranty is valid for a period of 2 weeks (14 days) from the date the courier collects the item. It applies specifically to toys and products (excluding 100% handcrafted products) found to be defective upon receipt, such as those that are damaged or unusable due to splitting.

For 100% handcrafted products, you can request a change once you receive the product within 2 days.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, misuse, accidents, or any other factors beyond normal wear and tear. Any damages occurring after the 2 weeks (14days) from the courier collection date are not covered under this warranty.
